Prelude:
Das Nichtrauchergesetz in Bayern ist durch, andere werden folgen.
Seit 2006 existieren Pläne in Brüssel, das Alkoholverbot durchzubringen, und es wird genauso und gegen alle Wiederstände passieren… früher oder später!
Und jetzt stell dir mal vor…
es ist 1985!
* Samstag, Wochenende, du gehst in das Café am Marktplatz, Cafe-Croissants.
* Freunde stossen dazu, manche mit dem Fahrrad – ohne Helm.
* Nach 2 Stunden wird der Lunch in Angriff genommen, Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, dazu eine Flasche Bordeaux für alle.
* Es wird geschlemmt, gequatscht, geraucht… Pläne für den Abend gemacht.
* 18:00 Uhr, Zeit für nen Apero im Lieblings-Pub, Pastis… du flirtest etwas.
* Fernsehabend? Nee, gibt eh nur 3 Programme… nix interessantes.
* Also Essen gehen, diesmal eine Flasche Côte du Rhone dazu, Diskussionen, ein Zigarillo hinterher.
* Gegen Mitternacht in die Stammdisco, Diskussionen, Vodka-Lemon, flirten…
* 4:00 Uhr morgens, endlich hat das flirten Erfolg… nach Hause, heftigen Sex ohne Kondom (AIDS war noch nicht erfunden).
Und jetzt stell dir mal vor…

* Samstag, Wochenende, du gehst in das Café am Marktplatz, Cafe-Croissants.
* Freunde stossen dazu, manche mit dem Fahrrad – Helm, Knie- und Ellbogenschützer.
* Nach 2 Stunden wird der Lunch in Angriff genommen, Tofu-Burger, eine Flasche Wasser für alle.
* Es wird gegessen, mit dem iPhone getextet… Pläne für den Abend gemacht.
* 18:00 Uhr, Zeit für nen Milkshake im Lieblings-Pub… du flirtest etwas.
* Fernsehabend? Auf Channel 273 im iPad kommt die Wiederholung von Orwell’s 1984.
* Danach Essen gehen, diesmal eine Flasche Apfelsaft dazu, Diskussionen… du bist der Einzige, der draussen vor der Tür verstohlen eine Marlboro Menthol vom Schwarzmarkt raucht..
* Gegen Mitternacht in die Stammdisco, Diskussionen, alkoholfreies Bier, skypen mit dem iPhone…
* 4:00 Uhr morgens, endlich hat das flirten Erfolg… nach Hause, Sex ohne Ekstase, aber mit Kondom.

Being german the billboard of the SVP in Switzerland reminds me seriously of the Anti-Bolschewik and Anti-Jew stuff in 1939… placative, populistic, dangerous!
The result of the vote against Minarets in this neutral and democratic country in the Alps let me doubt of the sense of democracy. 5 Million “everyday” people who have no clue of diplomatic and international relations are putting a whole country in jeopardy… and show proof of inexistent tolerance!
Just as a reminder:
There are christian churches in Egypt, Oman, in the Emirates and even in Iran (Assyrian Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Tehran , P.O. Box 14395-569 ,Tehran, Iran, +91 (21) 800-6135)
But no minarets in Switzerland?
The swiss voters have decided to follow the ideas of the fundamentalists by cutting down the human right of free decision of everyones religion.
Do they keep moslems out of their country? Maybe some!
Do they proof being a free, democratic, western country?
Definitely not!

A TV film in Germany is cancelled because it might offend the turkish community in Germany.
